Freakin Sweet Family Guy/Matrix Mash-up!

Not only is Family Guy probably the single greatest Geek commentary ever created...but its fans are GeekTASTIC! This type of brilliant twisted loyalty is why Seth MacFarlane was just given $100 Million dollars to keep bringing us the pop culture references from the 80's and smart, challenging and downright funny entertainment. Freakin Sweeeeeeeet!

I love this! The Empire Strikes Barrack!

I am not a Democrat. Nor am I a Barrack Obama supporter. I am a Hillary Hater! I despise the Clintons and I have documented the reasons why in many places here on the blog. So THIS video is FANTASTIC...even if you like Billary you can appreciate the humor. Oh and the video wasn't created by Republicans. It was produced by liberal Democrats. EVEN BETTER!

Did you watch Superfriends?

Did you watch the Superfriends cartoon show as a kid? It was of course one of the worst animated cartoons EVER! And the Wonder Twins? WTF? Well...here's a great Mash-up of Friends and Superfriends that I think juts RAWKS! Enjoy

Holiday on Bedford Ave.

Here's the thing...if you have all this energy, jazz hands choreography, a Tommy-esque psycho interlude and even some decent audio recording chops, why the fuck does the set for the north pole have to suck so hard? Aren't any of you friends with the tech geeks into set design? Not even the gay elf? The bedroom set lame but passable, the street set is actually pretty good...but seriously bedsheets and markers.....WTF????? Miracle on Bedford Ave is destined to be a Christmas Classic or at least what it is trying very hard to be....the next big viral (stinker) from MySpace and YouTube....

(If you choose to watch this video and it causes your IQ to fall even marginally I claim NO RESPONSIBILITY! Go Add xXanderx and Holly St.Hottie as friends on MySpace and you can be cool too!)

UPDATE!UPDATE!
UPDATE!UPDATE!UPDATE!UPDATE!UPDATE!
Ok I am teh Duh! xXanderx is of course Ben Romans from Click 5! I guess I sort of should have known that. The young lady playing Holly St. Hottie is Gia Farrell who is co-blogging with Ben HERE. (One Love apparently has a bevy of musician bloggers under on heading including ChapStique from Family Force 5 and if you don't know who they are you totally suck! Nah but you do suck a wee bit)

YouTube Holiday E-cards...Love it

I am not a huge YouTuber. By that I mean that I post the occasional video to YouTube and I watch those videos uploaded to my subscribed channels, but I spend very little time over there. That's sort of odd too because I was an original (by that I mean one of the first 50,000) to take note of YouTube. I was online, and received one of the original Director (and by that I mean one of the first 100,000) accounts. This was not my YamagooTube account so before you go crying FOUL! know that I am aware of this fact. It's not REAL HARD to figure out which account I am talking about.
ANYHOOO....
YouTube has created a neat little feature for the holidays..Video Holiday Cards. By clicking on that link you are taken to a special page of "holiday" themed videos. You can select one of these, choose a custom holiday "wrapper" and whoosh it off to any number of special people you desire...pretty cool.
BUT WAIT.....THERE'S MORE!

This is actually available to use with ANY YouTube video.

"Did he say ANY You Tube video?"

YES! ANY YOU TUBE VIDEO!

"But how?"

Well just select any video currently available on YouTube and look for the Send This as a Video Holiday Card button and follow the step by step instructions.

This is a great feature and I hope it's one that YouTube will develop for other holidays. I have several videos I'd like to send out for Steak & BJ Day!

Video Editing for the masses!

I've mentioned before what a monumental influence on me seeing Star Wars was. it held the whole of possibility in its special fx. To think that I live in a time that enables the endless possibilities to be shaped by any one with a camera and computer makes me smile...and give Thanks!

Reverse Graffiti=Yamagoo GREEN Street Art

As you know Yamagoo is all about being "green" in every sense of the word....that's why this article from WIRED really caught my attention. It seems that São Paulo, Brazil's air pollution has coated the steel safety grates in their cities tunnels with a thick black soot. Artist Alexandre Orion wanted to make a statement about the poor condition of the air but instead of picking up a spray can and tagging his anger all over the city, he picked up a cloth....dozens of them actually...donned a particle filtration mask and proceeded to well....clean house...selectively...oh Hell just watch the video....

New Pro Bono Video on YamagooTube

Earlier this year I took a trip to Philly for the 1st Yamagoo Summit. While there I got to hang out with Pro Bono (DJ Greg C is the lead singer/harmonica/cowbell/tambourine player) I have the entire rehearsal on video, over 5Gb worth! I have been trying to get around to editing some of the footage and finally managed to put together this rough cut of their cover of Rocky Mountain Way by Joe Walsh. You knew I had to focus on the song that talked about not being able to get much higher! You can surf over to the YamagooTube to see their Lounge Against the Machine cover of Led Zep's Rock-n-Roll. More Pro Bono to come!

Viewer Descretion SERIOUSLY Advised

So, the Yamagoo-ing spiders reminded me of a video i saw some time ago. While i myself do not Yamagoo, there were some things that came with the RAVE scene prior to its progression into mainstream. Some things i tried, others i had no interest in. But back in the 70s an experiment on the effects on LSD. This video may be found to be somewhat disturbing to some readers, especially cat people. Please, if you are someone that is closed minded, or someone who will read this watch the video, and then complain, then just don't watch. This is really something to make you say WTF.

Another Cool Series

One of My favorite series is of course the halo based Red vs. Blue series, from Rooster teeth. Another, comes from the great people over at STICKPAGE.COM Now as with all the videos, they are somewhat... Strange, i guess is the best word. However here is the first, VERY well made short from the "madness combat" series which has 7 movies, as well as one interactive movie. Not to mention, the music is great. Hope you all enjoy this.

And of course, if you are a fan of the xbox hit Halo, and have not watched an episode of Red vs. Blue, ill include a video of the best from season 4. I think that some people may go MIA for a day just watching these great movies.... ENJOY!!

Speaking Of Pizza.....

So, you think that this is really THAT far off... Next time you go out of state, look at your cell phone bill again(yes, that wonderful ever so helpful cell phone company is back) You will probably find that if you made a call, they knew exactly what state, and town you were in.... I'm don't know about your feelings towards "Big Brother", but i know if i ever got charged $70 for pizza, some pizza place would have a broken computer...

Ok if you don't use an RSS reader to keep track of your favorite blogs you're surfing harder than you need to. So today I pass along some more yummy web stuff from Cory at BoingBoing (Xeni, Xeni, who can we turn to?) who was kind enough to point me toward MPHTower and more specifically this brilliant piece of editing and reworking....

I checked out more of MPH's stuff and it's really good! of course I shoulda figured that BoingBoing wouldn't steer us wrong!

Sunday

The Captain Is Back, JACK!!!!

Ok, so I have been absent for a little bit, mostly because of work. The other part due to the relationship I was in... Well, needless to say that said "relationship" is over. And while I hate to see a good thing go to waste, better sooner then later. Of course this means that yours truly is back to being a single bachelor. Well, I was in a rather bad mood, on Friday, today is Sunday, and after a great afternoon of Frolf(don't know what this is, read more HERE. want to make it a hobby, visit my friends HERE), a short talk with some friends, and a rather cute blonde girls number, I'm back to my good old self. Thought I'd share a video with all of our readers, that always makes me chuckle... ENJOY!!!

Winning the War on Drugs - NOT!

I'm reposting this to the front of the blog for all my fellow Fark'rs. Give it a watch if you've never seen it. It's pretty good. Love you all...even you non-Yamagooer folk.

The band is the Assylum Street Spankers. Check out their website by clicking on the link. Very interesting. They are promoting their new family album. Take a listen, though if you're not a bluegrass or country fan this might be rough for you. I found it enjoyable but I like Bluegrass.

Christopher Walken-Gotta love him...he's everywhere he's....

I first remember being aware of Christopher Walken in The Deer Hunter. What a powerful role, and what a fucking mind trip. We watched the movie for a film class in High School and it just blew me away.
How many awesome moments has this incredibly gifted actor given us? It's virtually limitless. The guy is in friggin everything. Classic Walken from Pulp Fiction...

"I hid this uncomfortable piece of metal in my ass for 7 years .....and now..... I give it to you"

Then of course there's the infamous "Cowbell" sketch. This timeless sketch will secure his place in the pantheon of comedy for all time.
Then I came across this,,,Love Fatboy Slim and love this video....Dance on Mr. Walken...you fuckin rock....

Sober- Evanescence...Little red ..wolves..dripping sexuality

I cannot seem to get enough of this song. The imagery in the video takes it somewhere I never expected. Yeah I know the vids been out for a long time but i don't watch videos often. Evanescence has something that has been missing from rock music for a longtime...melody. Rock on Little Red Riding Hood...Rock on!
